Therapy Session (in-person or online)

This therapy session for those people who want to book therapy but prefer to pay by session rather than purchase a package.

Format:

• 60 minute online therapy session (in-person or online via GoogleMeet).
• You will be contacted within one working day to schedule your session.

What to expect:

• You will be sent a brief client agreement and information form to complete before your session.
• Receive 5% discount on any package booked afterwards.

The therapy session is for you if you can answer 'yes' to the following questions:

1. Do you want to work with me but not book a package at this stage?
2. You can you attend the session between 9am-6pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri or 10am-7pm Wed, GMT (UK time)?
